The Flexo F6® braided heavy-duty sleeving's is reimagined from the ground up to protect hoses and cables from chafing and abrasion. The easy wrap installation technology is a first for the hydraulic and fluid transfer industry. By combining the extreme cut and abrasion defense of a traditional woven nylon protection sleeve and the self-wrapping properties of our best-selling F6 line of products we have created a new standard for fast in field hose and wire protection.
We have eliminated the need to disconnect fittings, connectors and hoses in order to properly protect your systems from damage. Simply apply F6 Heavy and get back work.

The 10 mil PET braid is lightweight, quiet and flexible. The 25% edge overlap (at nominal diameter) allows complete coverage even around inline plugs, connectors and splices.
F6 heavy-duty will bend to a tight radius without puckering or splitting open and, unlike full rigid tubing, will not impair or affect the flexibility of harnesses or hoses when installed on machinery

What diameter should I use? - Hello, I would like to wrap cables (Monitor, power cords, ethernet, I/O). Which diameter F6 wrap-around braided sleeving would suit me best?
- Thank you for your question. My suggestion would be for you to grab the bundle of cables you are trying to manage, measure it flat across the bundle and go by that measurement for your diameter.
Clarification on elongation - How do you achieve the "elongation" specification and how is that reflected in the number you supply? For example if I were to use a 1/4th in sleeve how much would it be able to expand widthwise before breaking?
- Thank you for your question. Elongation is achieved through machine pulling, however this is performed length-wise. As far as how wide you can go depends on the diameter of your application, however since this is a side entry sleeving, it would not break, but open.
What is the sleeving made out of? - Product is for a clean room, so we need to know what the product is made of to make sure it fits our guidelines.
- This Flexo F6 Wrap is made from PET or Polyethylene terephthalate which is woven into a tubular shape. This sleeve is halogen free and conforms to RoHS standards.
Does this product come in colors?
- Hello, Although this product, the F6, is only available in limited colors or Black, Clear or orange, we do have another product that comes in a rainbow of colors.
