Ease of installation makes FR an efficient choice for long wire or cable runs. The addition of an organic combustion inhibitor to our standard polyethylene terepthalate gives FR an Underwriters Lab flame resistance rating of VW-1. FR expandable braided sleeving is a light weight, durable, cost-effective method of sleeving for electrical and mechanical wire, cable and hose assemblies. PET FR is available in black with a white crisscross tracer or white with a black crisscross tracer. The tracers are braided in to identify the product as Flame Retardant.

Will 5/8 inch fit into your 1/2 inch - flame retardant expandable braided sleeve
- Thank you for your question. You should be able to fit a 5/8" into the 1/2" braided sleeving.
Hi, will this be good enough to use for cable behind a fireplace? I have a TV mounted above it and the cables are behind the wall surrounding the gas fireplace. Thanks.
