International Shipping FAQ

Q) Do you ship internationally?

A) Yes. We ship items to most countries. Various US agencies have restrictions in place regulating or banning all trade with certain countries, organizations, businesses, and individuals.
Hazardous material that the USPS (United States Postal Service) has identified as ORM-D, Other Regulated Materials- Domestic, can only be shipped ground within the 48 contingous United States.

Q) What payment methods does CableOrganizer.com accept for international orders?

A) We accept PayPal, major credit cards, international wire transfer or Western Union. Depending on your location, you may be able to use "Pay with amazon" to complete your transaction.
If you live in a low risk country, are placing a small order and your shipping address matches your billing address, we will just charge your credit card and ship the item.
We will contact you immediately if we require advance payment via wire transfer, Western Union or PayPal.
If you live in a high risk country, the easiest, cheapest and most convenient payment method is PayPal.

Q) How do I determine shipping rates?

A) Our online shopping cart will calculate all freight costs for you. If you would like to place a large order, please e-mail us and ask for a quote on shipping cost. For large orders, we are often able to save considerable sums on shipping costs.
We list UPS brokerage rates for our Canadian customers below.

Q) How long will it take to deliver?

A) If an item is in stock, it will normally leave our warehouse the next day. After that, it depends on the method of delivery you have chosen when you placed your order. For Europe, it can take as little as 3 days and as long as two months depending on the selected method of shipping.

Q) Can I get a tracking number for my shipment?

A) Yes. You can select a shipping method that provides a tracking number. We strongly recommend you do- without a tracking number, there is a greater risk of an order getting lost.

Q) Will I have to pay import charges on my package?

A) Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in our pricing. You are responsible for all import charges. Please check with your country’s customs office prior to making a purchase for any additional information.

Q) Which country should I select for shipping to an APO or FPO address?

A) Select the United States as the country of destination to see the available shipping options.
