Our primary Customer Service team is on duty Monday-Friday, from 8:30am – 6:00pm Eastern Time. During those hours, phone calls will (in almost all cases) be answered immediately, and e-mail inquiries will be responded to within 2 hours. If you e-mail or leave us a message at any other time, we’ll get back to you within 24 business hours.
If your inquiry is beyond the immediate knowledge of our sales staff, we make take a little extra time to dig up an answer for you, whether it involves consulting with another department in our company, or contacting a vendor to obtain the specific information that you’ve requested. We move fast, but we ask that you have a little extra patience if we need to do some research for you – it will be worth the wait!
