Prepare Your Package
Returns must be in their original packaging, in a resalable condition.
Any packaging materials, CDs, software, accessories, manuals, warranty cards and documentation originally sent must be included in the package. Please do not remove or alter serial numbers, stickers and/or certification labels (e.g. UL listing, capacity, brand name, UPC Code, etc.).
If a returned package does not meet this requirement, CableOrganizer.com reserves the right not to honor the return request.
Ship Your Return
We want your return experience to be hassle-free.
If you return an item because of a manufacturing defect, or because we have sent you the wrong item, we cover the shipping costs.
If you return an item because you ordered the wrong product, or you have changed your mind, you cover the shipping costs, and any applicable restocking fees.
We recommend you choose a carrier which offers tracking and proof-of-delivery and that you insure your return shipment. That way you are protected if the package is damaged or lost in transit.
Please retain your tracking number until the return is fully processed.
Return requests must be received within
90 calendar days of the invoice date, whether you are requesting a refund or a replacement.
Products marked ‘non-cancellable/non-returnable’ are not eligible for return.
This includes, but is not limited to, all generators and their accessories.
Returns may be subject to a restocking fee by CableOrganizer.com and / or our vendors
*Did you receive a Defective Product or an Incorrect Product?
Please call us for an RMA.
We will arrange for a return of the defective / incorrect item and replace it at no cost to you. You can also request a refund.
Returns must include original packaging and be in as-new condition with the packing slip, all warranty cards, and accessories (if applicable).
Please allow approximately 5 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at our warehouse.
We will cover shipping costs.
*Did you order the wrong product or did you change your mind?
Please call us for an RMA.
If you request a replacement, we will ship it after we receive and process your returned product.
If you request a refund, we will issue the refund after we receive and process your returned product.
Need a replacement right away? Simply request a credit when you obtain your RMA number.
Then, place a new order. The new order will be shipped as soon as we have the product available. Your credit will be applied approximately 7 days after we receive the product(s) you are returning in their original condition within 90 days. Damaged items will not be refunded if they are in non-resalable condition. We recommend you insure your package.
You will cover shipping costs, and any applicable restocking fee.
CableOrganizer.com works with an array of manufacturers to bring you our great product selection. Products shipping directly from their manufacturing facility are called drop ship items.
Some manufacturers charge a non-negotiable restocking fee for returned items. We will let you know about any restocking fee in advance.
When a product has been delivered defective, or a mistake was made on our part, the restocking fee will not be applied.
All returns must be in original packaging and resalable condition in order to qualify for credit.
We are unable to accept returns on any custom-ordered items. They are tailored to your individual needs and therefore not resalable.
We will allow the return of a custom order only if the item has a manufacturing defect.
*Out-of-Stock / Backordered / Discontinued Items
If the item you are returning has been discontinued, you will be given the option of accepting a comparable replacement item, or receiving a refund at the current market value of the product, less any applicable restocking fee.
Any current market value refund issued will not exceed the original invoice price.
In the event that the item you ordered is either Out of Stock or Backordered, we will contact you to discuss available alternatives.
*Products Sold by the Foot
Due to the nature of the materials, we cannot provide full refunds on braided sleeving, wire loom, and heat shrink tubing sold by the foot if they have been cut into sections of 20 feet or less.
We will provide a full refund only when we have made a mistake.
If you return a section measuring less than 20 feet, a 50% restocking fee will apply, unless you request a replacement. If a replacement order is made, the restocking fee will be reduced to 25%. Returns on sections larger than 20 feet will be accepted.

Consumer protections laws, especially with regards to warranties or returns, may vary significantly from those in your country.
When you return an item to us for a refund or replacement, please make sure to choose a shipping method offering full tracking of the package from your location to the United States.
