SafCord Cable Covers for carpet provide a solution to securing electrical and data cables to looped carpet. This innovative hook and loop method allows you to fasten the cords in place without the use of adhesives that could damage your carpet. The industrial grade cordura nylon fabric is tough and stands up to almost anything. This high quality design of SafCord allows you to cut it to any length without unraveling. While being a tough solution, the SafCord is also washable and reusable. |

Durable filament hooks hold fast, but are easily removable for installation or removal of cords. The SafCord even stays in place during vacuuming. As a result, this durable solution will not budge until you remove it. SafCord provides a very low profile to avoid tripping hazards or accidents in the home, office, or any area where cable management is needed. SafCord can be used on stairs or on curved surfaces with ease. The flexible fabric bends easily around corners while the tunnel created beneath it holds the cables in place.

I work in a large building with many meeting rooms. I would highly recommend these covers as they eliminate the need for gaff tape as the velcro strips work fantastic on the carpet. I am going to replace my rubber cord covers for these.
I was originally concerned about how many cords can fit under the material, so far I have been able to put 1 thick power cord, 1 rj45 power cord and an rj11 telephone cord with room left over!

We use these for setting up equipment for meetings in our conference rooms. They unroll to cover the cords for an hour or a few days and then roll back up neatly to get stored! We used to use masking tape but are saving money by reusing these over and over again.

I work as a freelance Video and Audio Engineer for television production. On many of my corporate gigs, safety is paramount. I go through several (expensive) rolls of gaffer's tape a month, taping down cables. Its time consuming and messy. Merchant response: This is the first case we've ever heard of where this product did not work on carpet. We sent replacements to the customer to check but they didn't work on this carpet either. This is very unusual carpet. Hotels need to be cautious.
