- Durable one-piece lead frame
- Data port is used to connect CAT5e and T568A cable wiring
- Phone port accepts CAT3 and USOC cable wiring
- F connector for video connections is an F81 bulkhead nickel plated connector style
- Termination is 110 style IDC punch down for voice and data connectors
- All color coordinated screws are included
- Available in White, Ivory, Almond or Light Almond
- Data connectors meets or exceeds all applicable Category 5e T568A wiring standards
- Voice grade connectors meets or exceeds all appropriate USOC wiring standards
- Video F-type bulkhead connectors meet or exceed 10 db or return loss at 1 GHz
- Meets all FCC Part 68 standards

Leviton QuickPlate™ wall plates are ideal for managing your data, telephone, and video connection one one single wallplate. Used for both residential or commercial applications, they are easy to install and have a two year warranty from Leviton.

- Wall plate with 1 data connector (CAT5e), 1 phone (USOC), and 1 video connector (F)
