The Flexo F6® braided heavy-duty sleeving's is reimagined from the ground up to protect hoses and cables from chafing and abrasion. The easy wrap installation technology is a first for the hydraulic and fluid transfer industry. By combining the extreme cut and abrasion defense of a traditional woven nylon protection sleeve and the self-wrapping properties of our best-selling F6 line of products we have created a new standard for fast in field hose and wire protection.
We have eliminated the need to disconnect fittings, connectors and hoses in order to properly protect your systems from damage. Simply apply F6 Heavy and get back work.

What Are The Benefits of Using A Split Braid?

Flexo F6® is a unique split, semi-rigid side entry braided sleeve (also referred to as split loom or wrap around sleeve). F6® offers the standard protective qualities of braided sleeving with some added benefits including:

Easy Installation: Split braided sleeving can be installed easily without the need to remove or disconnect any wires or cables. The split design allows the sleeving to be wrapped around the cables, and features a self-closing construction.

Flexibility: The split design allows the sleeving to flex and bend without causing any damage to the wires or cables inside. This makes it ideal for applications where cables need to move, route around corners, or bend frequently.

Organization (& Reorganization): Split loom can bundle multiple cables together for one streamline harness while allowing cables to be added or removed without removing the split sleeving.

Great on home theater wires, computers or gaming system components, even on small equipment hosing.

More flexible than split convoluted or spiral wrap

Chemically inert, Halogen free, UV resistant

Compliant with European Union's Restrictions on the use of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) Directive

Retains shape and rigidity throughout operating temperature range -40°F to 257°F (-40°C to 125°C)

Melting temperature is 446°F (230°C)

The 10 mil PET braid is lightweight, quiet and flexible. The 25% edge overlap (at nominal diameter) allows complete coverage even around inline plugs, connectors and splices.

F6 heavy-duty will bend to a tight radius without puckering or splitting open and, unlike full rigid tubing, will not impair or affect the flexibility of harnesses or hoses when installed on machinery
