When it comes to extreme protection, not all heat shrinks are made the same, and many will eventually crack, blister, or completely fail when introduced to corrosive elements, high temperatures, and solvents. 2/1 Viton® Heatshrink Tubing is specifically designed to withstand grueling temperatures while remaining resistant to a wide range of fluids, fuels, solvents, and other corrosive materials. This highly flexible, rubber-like heatshrink is excellent for hard working applications, whether it be providing environmental protection for cables and hoses on construction equipment, or keeping electrical wiring in engine compartments safe from fuel and oil.
