How To Prevent Rodents From Damaging Wires

Rodent Resistant Sleeving: Flexo® RRN has a foul-tasting coating that discourages rodents from chewing on wires & cables.

Rodent repellents: In addition to Flexo® Rodent Resistant you can use rodent repellants (such as peppermint oil & commercial repellents) in the general vicinity of your wiring and in areas where pests might be finding their way in.

Traps: It may seem obvious but, setting up & trapping the rodents is one of the best ways to prevent the damage they cause. Removing the rodents from the location removed the problem.

Regular Inspection:Regular inspection & maintenance of your wiring for damage can help identify and repair any damage before it becomes an issue. The earlier you notice a rodent has been chewing your cables, the sooner you can resolve the problem!
