Cobia® Galvanized Mesh & Powder Coated Cable Tray Straight Sections

Wire Mesh Cable Tray Straight Sections for Efficient Cable Routing

Straight sections form the primary pathway for routing and supporting cable runs within Cobia® cable trays. These wire mesh trays are well suited for organizing power, data, and fiber optic cables while maintaining accessibility for future expansion or changes.

Constructed from galvanized steel with an optional powder-coated finish, they help resist corrosion from humidity and environmental exposure. The open mesh design promotes airflow to reduce heat buildup and allows for easy cable installation and modification. Sections can also be cut and adapted on-site to create turns and elevation changes, while the grid pattern helps prevent cable sagging and supports long-term system reliability.

The powder coated cable tray features a smooth finish that helps minimize corrosion and zinc whiskers, which can damage sensitive equipment and increase the risk of short circuits. It is an excellent choice for applications where reliability and appearance are important.

The galvanized cable tray is a budget-friendly alternative that offers reliable performance for a variety of applications. It is hot-dip galvanized after fabrication for added corrosion resistance and durability.

The electrozinc cable tray is made from electro zinc-plated galvanized steel to help prevent corrosion from chemicals and humidity. Its smooth, clean finish also provides a polished look.

Ventilating grid pattern allows for air circulation and also prevents dust, debris and other contaminates from becoming trapped inside the tray.
Open design suspends electrical and network cables from support beams or routes them above drop ceiling systems, but still allows for additions or changes in the future.
Trays can be suspended either in the ceiling, in a raised floor, or mounted along walls with optional kits or brackets.
Single bars can be cut off to make drops or turns, or to join with other trays of different widths.
Get all of the benefits of routing cables in a tray system without going over budget.

Available in 4 widths to accommodate any size application.
Narrow grid pattern prevents cables from sagging, which can compromise the integrity of copper cabling networks, or even cause breaks in delicate fiber optic cables.
