This bench mount fixture is intended to work exclusively with the AT2000 CPK automatic cable tying tools. It is designed to create an ergonomic workstation for high-volume repetitive tasks such as applying cable ties around wire harnesses. The accessory includes a raised mechanism designed to suspend a HellermannTyton 5,000-piece cable tie reel, as well as a foot pedal to cycle the tool with hands-free convenience.
This overhead suspension system makes the AT2000 CPK automatic cable tying tool virtually weightless thanks to its counterbalance mechanism. It is ideal for enhanced portability and ergonomic comfort during extended use of the tool on assembly lines, large cable management projects and similar applications where the operator must hand hold the tool for long periods. Product features a braking system to ensure cable ties remain on reel until fed to tool. Holds a reel of 5000 18 lb HellermannTyton cable ties and power pack (not included).
AT2000 CPK accessories enable adapting the tool to the process. The Bench Mount Kit allows bringing the work to the tool, maximizing productivity and precision. The Overhead Suspension CPK features a new counterbalanced hanger that makes it very comfortable to operate in both stationary and mobile applications, even during extended use.
