In the early 1950s, Morton and Gale partnered to form a TV repair business, and found it difficult to get cleaning supplies, as TVs were a relatively new commodity. So they began developing their own. They were so effective that they began selling them to other TV repair outfits. In 1995 MG Products Ltd. was created to create cleaning chemicals for TV and radio repair. After being sold and sold again, MG Chemicals® (as it became known) broadened its range of products to include cleaning chemicals for a variety of electronics, serving everyone from the professional to the hobbyist.
