Ziptape® Rite & Wrap™ Wire Marker Booklets are available in two label sizes to accommodate different cable and wiring applications. Each booklet contains 10 pages of pre-cut self laminating markers made of 0.004" thick clear vinyl film, using an acrylic adhesive and mounted on a silicone liner for easy release. More |
Convenient 3” x 6” size fits into your pocket for easy transportation, or stores away securely in any size 
To apply the wire marker, first write your legend on the white, write-on surface available. Next, peel the label from the booklet and securely wrap it around your cable, with the transparent tail overlapping the legend.

- Aggressive acrylic adhesive holds true to the cable jacket, even under oily or moist environments

I bought this mainly for all the little cords I have to charge or connect cell phones, GPS, MP3, wires behind the fish tanks, etc. I have to go through all of them to figure out which is which. The only problem I've found is that the ink smears if you don't fold over the clear tab perfectly. Looks way better than my DIYS job I did though.

Used on several different diameter cables. This type of labeling is versatile enough to accommodate the different sizes. Although, with some pens, the ink will smudge quite easily. So installation can be a little tricky at first.

These are one of the simplest cable labeling systems out there. Simply take your fine point sharpie, write on the white portion of the label, stick and wrap. It's that simple. Why waste time with a labeling machine (as long as you write legibly), when the basics work. The clear sticky part then laminates your writing so it is durable through your pulls.
