ZipperTubing's PRT Series shielded and unshielded heat shrink tubing wraps around your wires or cables for easy repairs or protection against the elements. The innovative side entry design allows you to install it securely without the need to unplug cables first, virtually eliminating any disconnection-related downtime.

  • Constructed of strong polyolefin for added strength and durability under the elements
  • Peel-and-stick adhesive edging holds the heat shrink together after it's wrapped around a cable
  • Available in both shielded and unshielded varieties to provide EMI protection
  • Provides cables with resistance to abrasion, oils, mild acids and most fluids
  • Withstands temperatures from to -67°F to 271°F (-55°C to 135°C) for operation in both high and low temperature locations
  • Available in black only, additional colors are available upon request
  • Tubing is rated to the following specs:
    • Mil-I-23053/5, Type I & II, Class 1 & 2
