Wiremold Pancake® Overfloor Steel Raceway

• Full line of fittings. Provides a complete and safe installation. Including mounting straps, flat, internal and external elbows, entrance fittings and bushings. Fittings overlap the raceway to hide uneven cuts.
• Comes unpainted with galvanized finish. Paint-able to match decor.

• Two-piece design with a base and snap on cover.
• The 1500 series has a total width of 1.56" x 0.34" [39.6mm x 8.6mm] deep with a cross sectional area of 0.22 sq. in. [142mm]. The base and cover have a thickness of .040" [10.16mm].
• The 2600 series has a total width of 2.22" x 0.72" [56.4mm x 18.8mm] deep with a cross sectional area of 0.72 sq. in. [18.8mm]. The base thickness is 0.040" [1.01mm]; the cover thickness is 0.050" [1.27mm].
• Bases have 0.28" [7.11mm] diameter mounting holes on 8" [203.2mm] centers, and scored every 3" [76.2mm].
• Device boxes are available for mounting NEMA standard single and duplex receptacles, and telephone outlets. Junction boxes are available with the capability of being used as a tee, cross, elbow or to connect to existing floor outlet boxes and under floor duct systems. All bases for device and fixture boxes are manufactured of galvanized steel. All covers should be manufactured of galvanized steel or a nonmetallic material that exhibits nonflammable self-extinguishing characteristics, tested to comparable specifications of UL94V-0.
