I use 19" racks for typical purposes mostly (Microwave radios, servers,switches etc...), but this time we needed to clean up a small cramped office space for a customer. They didn't have any rack-mountable equipment, and were planning to have shelves installed.This rack along with 4 shelves was the perfect solution, inexpensive,attractive, easy to assemble and just the right size to be installed on top of the exsisting counter top. My customers were very pleased!

This product is great value for the money. I have two desktop pc's and a UPS along the bottom and have two switches total 3U, horizontal 1U cable management, 3 1U servers, 1 2U server, mounted power strip, and 1 1U shelf. The design has a large base and although above it was noted that it may wobble or not hold up under heavy weight I don't believe that to be a problem. In anticipation of that I ordered the shelf flipped it upside down and mounted my first server above it.

Very good price for a 27U rack. Threaded holes are spaced correctly and it includes the matching screws. Due to the design, the two posts are able to wobble a little and may not hold up well under heavy weight.

This item had enough space for two Cisco switches and 6 routers! with a dell 1750 server! then only thing i would of done different is added on a rack shelf for my keyboard and mouse and one for the monitor!
