The Vanco HDMI Extender over Cat 5e Cables makes it possible for you to run your HDTV display up to 200 feet from the output source using Category 5e cable connections. This product consists of a transmitter and a receiver. More |
The transmitter is the connection between the HDMI audio/video device and the HDMI connection. The receiver is placed close to the HDTV display source (HDTV, monitor) and connected to the display source with a HDMI connection. The two components are then connected together with two Category 5 cables that transmit a clear high definition signal between the A/V device and the HDTV display up to 200 feet away.
- The unit will support high-definition resolutions 1080p, 1080i, 720p, and standard video format
- Reaches an additional 200 feet at high definition 720p resolution
- Reaches an additional 165 feet at high definition 1080i resolution
- Reaches an additional 100 feet at high definition 1080p resolution
- HDCP (High-Bandwidth Digital Content Protection) Compliant means the signal quality is high and there is no breach in security
- Increase versatility with the addition of a DVI Adapter (not included) which broadens the range of connector possibilities
