Got this for a Macbook Air. The squid-like hub is nice for expanding its single USB port. having a USB-mini-B port is great for connecting a portable backup drive.
The thing I don't like is that the USB connectors are extremely tight and difficult to plug or unplug. A person who does not have a lot of strength in his hands mind find it impossible to disconnect from the computer plug.
