I have a serious problem with proprietary stuff. Everyone should have this problem. In the case of this thing, you can probably expect to misplace an adaptor and find yourself having only a single source for a replacement.

No more running to [...]hook up a printer or other devices because they didn't supply a cable. It doesn't matter what USB device you have, you've got the right connector. No more frustration of having a cable in hand but the printer connector doesn't fit in the camera.

The QuickConnect sets are a great product when you are doing multiple connections with home electronics. Every once in a while you don't have quite the right attachment for the interface and the QuickConnect comes to the rescue. I had a little mouse for my kids computer but they were incompatible. I used a couple of attachments and the job was done. Gotta love a quick fix.
