I liked the idea of a device that lit up as well as produced a tone. Since it was fairly cheap, I bought it not expecting a pro-level device. It works fairly well considering the cost. I just wish it didn't register so much "feedback" or "interference". It's sometimes hard to determine when you are just hearing noise and when the tone is present.
