Comments about Thomas & Betts ERG120 Ergonomic TyRap Tool for 50120 lb. Cable Ties:
I have done close to 10,000 ties with this unit without an issue. Before that I was using it's previous T&B blue unit brother, and now have it as a spare/loaner. Never needed it as a spare, but have loaned it out many many times. It is a pricey unit, more that the previous T&B unit, but quality costs.
As for the other reviewer's comment about warranty work, I have had no need to call them, but I would expect a "little" better reply to a customer who just spent quite a bit of money with them. (Hint to T&B, take care to at least offer free inspections and estimates. Perhaps $200 was a ball park figure? Or was it a trade for a new unit with the old unit being a core deposit? In that case maybe it isn't soooo bad? Valentine 1 Radar Detectors do the same thing and has been well worth it for me and my wife!)
Again, overall this is a great unit!!

Comments about Thomas & Betts ERG120 Ergonomic TyRap Tool for 50120 lb. Cable Ties:
I used this product for 400 ties, put it away and some time later pulled 3 ties and something broke inside. "Sorry, out of warranty-it will cost $200.00 to fix" Seriously-easy, I won't buy Thomas and Betts again.
