The telecom backboard used to be a time consuming and costly guessing game for many installers and technicians. From questions on the plywood grade to whether or not the paint meets building codes or safety regulations, there really weren’t many ways to tell…until now. The ReadySPEC® series of backboards are clearly labeled up front, and are the first backboards in the industry that can be specified, submitted, and site verified. These backboards allow you to pick the size and color needed to complete your application, and will save you time and money compared to other backboards, because no cutting, priming, or painting are required. |
- 100% Acrylic latex primer/sealer applied to the face and sides of the plywood to keep the board protected before and after installation, and allow paint and touch-up paint to properly adhere
- Serialized verification label provided, with the plywood grade and UL classification of fire retardant latex clearly listed to satisfy building codes and safety regulations
- Industry compliant backboards primed and ready for installation right out of the box
- Mounting hardware included for installation on masonry, hollow block, steel, and wood frame walls
- Available in nine color choices for meeting specific TIA/EIA 606A color-code requirements
- Fire retardant latex flame spread index is class “A” rated
