Each Kit Includes: Precut split metallic sleeve, split mounting plates, intumescent gaskets, wall labels, and putty to seal both ends.
Often, what seems easiest is not always best, and that is surely the case when it comes to creating cable openings. The claw hammer is perhaps faster and easier than a saw or drill, but these penetrations are not only unsightly and unprofessional, but often not in compliance with safety standards. Ready™ Split Sleeves are designed with a split pathway and come with wall plates which allow them to be implemented around existing cable bundles. These sleeves weigh half of what competing threaded products do, and have fewer parts, which make them the product you need when you are working on ladders or in cramped spaces in rated and non-rated construction zones. The smooth finished rolled lip eliminates the need for conduit bushings.

- Incorporates a built in bushing, which ensures that cable jacketing is safe from damage and allows for smooth cable entry and pulling

Suitable for use in all common constructions including concrete floors, concrete walls, concrete block walls, and gypsum board/ stud wall assemblies up to 10" (250mm) thick with hourly ratings up to 4 hours. Since they are sized equally to the O.D. of standard EMT conduit, they accept EMT conduit accessories .
