What's special about the 201 Series Snake Tray®?
Our best selling and most versatile labor saving cable tray cable management systems is the 201 Series Snake Tray. It can be mounted below access floors, wall mounted, ceiling mounted or suspended from a threaded rod. The 201 Series Snake Tray is available in six sizes (4 single tray and 2 double tray) and can hold up to 510 cables at 100% fill with up to 50 sq. in. of cable path. Better than a generic basket or ladder type tray, its patented top mounted center spine allows the tray to be easily bent by hand to create both horizontal and vertical bends when needed to go over and around obstacles. |
The 201 Snake Tray is available in four sizes .The tray is a single pocket design that can accommodate up to 24 square inches of cable path equal to a 12” generic basket or ladder type tray or 250 cables .25” OD as per NEC Article 318-9(b)
Standard length is 98”.
Mounting Rings called Snake eyes ™ are located along the spine, allowing easy attachment of threaded rods for suspended applications and requires only one UL listed connector bolt (CM-CB-10) to join two trays together. Simple and easy to use wall brackets allow the 201 Series Snake Tray to be suspended off a vertical surface and the ST under floor bracket attaches Snake Tray to the access floor stanchion post to create cable pathways in the computer raised floor environment. Economize your installation with a product specified by universities, Fortune 500 Companies and the US Government who have taken overall costs and the best quality cable tray into account. They have taken advantage of our Snake Tray System, so can you.

Comments about SNAKE TRAY 201 SERIES 3" X 5":
Compared to any real cable tray, this is like using D rings in terms of support. Plus it is so easily bent that any quantity of cable will cause it to sag unless a ridiculous number of supports are used which wildly inflates the cost.

Comments about SNAKE TRAY 201 SERIES 3" X 5":
The snake tray is a very handy way to manage cables. it can easily be cut to length and bent to fit just about any cable route you can come up with. the "channel" design is very easy to get cables in and out of and they won't fall out. I made a custom bracket for mine and use it in place of an overhead ladder system in a small server room. I can follow cables from below easily if I need to and I don't have to worry about the cables falling off the side due to the deep channel.
