Shipping Policies

We Ship orders within two business days via the United States Postal Service & United Parcel Service (UPS) or you will be notified of a delay

We always include signature tracking on Standard and Priority Mail and package tracking on Express Mail. Shipping charges are based upon weights and Real Time USPS and UPS shipping calculators + a small handling fee. The rates can be viewed during the checkout process. Please see our Ordering page for details on our ordering and return policies.

Duty/ taxes are still owing when shipping international via UPS Worldwide Expedited, Express or Express Plus.

Our shipping rates are built in our online shopping cart and calculated with Real Time shipping rate calculators from USPS, UPS

***Unfortunately we can not guarantee any package sent without a tracking number. This includes packages sent USPS to an international or overseas destination. To insure replacement if a product does not reach its destination, you must use UPS.

Rate Guide for Customs Clearance into Canada

UPS Customs Brokerage provides customs clearance for shipments entering Canada, including all other modes of transportation such as truck, rail, air and ocean freight.
Enjoy the low UPS rates for customs clearance on all your imports by simply telling your carrier that UPS is your Customs Broker.
To save even more, ship your urgent imports by UPS Worldwide Express and Expedited services, and routine entry preparation will be provided at no additional charge when UPS is designated as the Customs Broker. Additional charges may apply for complex customs clearance procedures.

ENTRY PREPARATION FEES

• All rates are in Canadian Funds
• Rates do not include applicable taxes

DISBURSEMENT FEES

• Customers are responsible for payment of duties and taxes. When funds are not provided in advance by the customer, a fee of 2.7% (minimum $5.85) of the amount advanced by UPS will be charged.
• To avoid disbursement fees call 1-800-PICK-UPS and ask about our pre-payment or EFT options.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES WHICH MAY APPLY

• Each additional classification lime after the first 5 lines $4.00 per line
• C.O.D. fee for collecting brokerage charges $4.25
• RMD - Release on Minimum Documentation (non-UPS shipments) $10.00 each
• Import permits $23.50 each

Additional charges may apply for shipments requiring Government Department clearance

= FREE - there is no entry preparation fee for routine customs clearance of UPS Express and Expedited shipments including up to five classification lines. Charges may apply for more complex customs clearance procedures.
