The Roundit 2000NX wrap-around sleeving is the perfect balance between Expandable Braided Sleeving and Split Wire Loom a.k.a. Corrugated Tubing. It splits in the middle for easy insertion and installation of wires or bundles of cables. It is a tough, lightweight over sleeve used to bundle and protect cable assemblies, hoses and wire harnesses from chaffing, cutting, and abrading. |
Woven Blend of PPS ( Polyphenylene Sulfide) and Nomex 
The self-wrapping feature of woven wrap-around allows for quick and easy application and removal of the product for assembly and maintenance. It is ideal for cables and lines that are already in place and hard to remove for conventional cable protective solutions, such as automotive applications (engine compartments) or multi cable strings on or under your desk. Not only does the Woven Wrap-Around protect wires from spilled liquids and sharp edges, but it also gives your application an organized look without disturbing connectors or fittings.

Flame Retardant Woven Wrap-Around is a woven blend of PPS (Polyphenylene Sulfide) and Nomex. This blend in a flat weave construction gives Flame Retardant Woven Wrap-Around a rugged yet smooth texture and appearance. This product is rated to 200° C. Flame Retardant Woven Wrap-Around has many applications in the aeronautical, marine, rail and industries.

Nominal size is determined by wrapping product around a mandrel of a given size to obtain an overlap of between 45° and 135°. Woven Wrap-Around should be tied at intervals if continuous use temperature exceeds 110° C.
