Wrapping cables by hand can be a miserable experience, and finding tangle-free, space saving storage methods is seldom easier. The Quickwinder™ by Reel-A-Pail® quickly winds and stores up to 4000' of 1/4" cable, is stackable for minimal space usage, and employs a heavy duty HDPE casing for maximum protection. |
- All units with the same base size are stackable, great for maximizing storage space
- Solid steel base with bolt holes allows the unit to be floor or truck bed mounted for fast setup and clean-up
- For easy transport, smaller models contain sturdy carrying handles and larger models have wheels
- Sturdy HDPE construction resists impact and corrosion by solvents - just the protection you need for heavy duty applications
- Proudly made in the USA

Comments about Quickwinder 50ft to 275ft:
We lay down hundreds of feet of ethernet cable for a few weeks, and then have to pack it up again to move to the next town. This made packing up a 600-foot run of cable much faster and easier.
The only down side is that it's hard to feed the cable in properly when you're first starting to wind it into the pail, so it tends to go all over the place.
Overall, though, it's a light-weight, well-built solution. Trust me, once you start using this, you will NOT want to go back to winding cable by hand.
