Paul D. Holstein, Co-Founder, Vice President and COO
Paul Holstein is the Vice President and COO of CableOrganizer.com, Inc, the award-winning, online-based cable management retailer that he co-founded with wife Valerie in 2002. In his day-to-day leadership capacities, Paul oversees the company's strategic planning, finances and operations, and has been instrumental in CableOrganizer.com's creation and implementation of website-enhancing platforms and technologies. In addition, Paul is the founder and President of content-based LifeOrganizers.com, an ever-growing online resource that provides free tips and information on managing time, home, family, career and finances.
Paul's experience in organization, money management and technology, coupled with his willingness to share his expertise with peers, has led to numerous speaking engagements, the most notable of which include Internet Retailer's IRCE 2009 and 2010 conferences, during which he emerged as one of 2009's highest-rated speakers. In addition to CableOrganizer.com ranking among the Inc 5000 from 2007 through 2011, Paul has been featured in articles in Entrepreneur and Internet Retailer magazines, as well as the South Florida Business Journal.
Prior to establishing CableOrganizer.com, Paul held the positions of Project Manager/SAP Trainer for Computer Sciences Services of Falls Church, Virginia; BPCS Practice Manager for Work Software, LLC of Greensboro, North Carolina; Controller at K. Hovnanian Enterprises of Margate, Florida; President of InterAd Corporation, Fort Lauderdale, Florida; and VP of Administration at Weitzer Homes, Miami, Florida.
Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University, and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida.
Mildred Munjanganja, Vice President of Sales
Mildred Munjanganja is the Vice President of Sales at CableOrganizer.com, Inc, an award-winning, South Florida-based online retailer specializing in wire management, electrical supplies, and networking equipment. In her current role, Mildred is responsible not only for strategic planning, the improvement of company-wide business processes, and the hiring of professional and technical staff, but also maintains vendor relations, spearheads the company's Six Sigma Projects and periodically represents the company at industry trade shows and in Public Relations initiatives, and leads her support team in their constant efforts to enhance overall customer experience.
In June 2012, Mildred was recognized by TED magazine in its very first “30 Under 35” list of emerging electrical industry leaders. In addition to her official day-to-day duties, Mildred also provides consultation to Office SupplyGroup.com, UltimateWasher.com, ABCcook.com, BioRelief.com, and Electriduct, Inc, and serves as the Vice President of content-driven LifeOrganizers.com, where she works with a team to put together one of the most respected resources for organizational tips, time management, and overall wellness information. Juan Ribero, Vice President of Marketing
Juan Ribero is the Vice President of Marketing at CableOrganizer.com, Inc, an award-winning, South Florida-based online retailer that specializes in wire management, electrical supplies and network equipment. In his current role, Juan oversees the company's e-mail campaigns, PPC advertising, analytics, usability testing, content generation and Public Relations, and is instrumental in strategic planning as well as the company's continual efforts to improve service, customer experience and their website's features and functionality.

Nicolas Dubus, IT Director
Nicolas Dubus is the IT Director at CableOrganizer.com, an online retailer of cable management solutions, network equipment and electrical supplies based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. In his current role, Nicolas oversees all of the company's IT operations, including systems administration, software development, security, databases, web and internal applications, and support, and also actively involved in interviewing and hiring procedures.

Mark Avinami, Director of Logistics
As Director of Logistics at CableOrganzier.com, Mark Avinami oversees the company's warehouse, manages shipping and receiving operations, and supervises inventory and order management. Prior to joining CableOrganizer.com, Mark worked as a manager at Aaron Rents, Inc in South Florida, and Manager of Oil Field Services for Servicios Operacionales Suramericanos and Perforaciones El Dorado, both of Colombia.
Mark holds a BS in Advertising and Geography from the University of Miami.
