The Pelican 1600 has stainless steel hardware to prevent against rust and padlock protectors for further security. The 2 level Pick 'N' Pluck™ with convoluted lid foam allow you to have total protection against impact, vibration, or shock. |
The Pelican 1600 Large Protector case has an open cell core with solid wall design for strength. This crushproof, dust proof, chemical and corrosion resistant case is lightweight for easy transport and has a comfortable rubber over-molded handle for even easier carrying. Standard features include an o-ring seal for waterproofing and an automatic purge valve for quick equalization after changes in atmospheric pressure.
This case is NATO-codified and tested to:
