Patch Panels 25 Year Warranty

Keltron Connector Co. 1 Year Product Warranty will warrant that all KCC products will be free from defects in material for a period of 1 year from the original date of invoice.

KCC's 25 Year Certified Warranty means that each module, patch panel, and RJ45 jack installed using only standard CAT5e Cable as defined in ANSI/TIA/EIA-568-A Category 5e (enhanced) (ratified) and identified as Category 5e (enhanced) products in KCC's associated Product shall meet the Attenuation-Crosstalk Ration (ACR), Attenuation, Impedance, and Near-End Crosstalk specification for a period of 25 years.

All such installations must be installed by a CAT5e Networks approved and trained installer. 100% CAT5e performance testing must be carried out by the approved installer using a Fluke DSP-4100 tester.

Above warranty does not extend to products which have been subjected to neglect, accident, improper use, improper installation, or improper storage which can diminish performance below CAT5e performance. This warranty does not cover damages from lighting or electrical forces that exceed the standard range.
