After you purchase any product* from CableOrganizer.com, if you feel that it fails to live up to your expectations for any reason, return it to us within 90 days of the invoice date, and we will immediately and cheerfully refund you 100% of the purchase price.
Please keep in mind that:
- You will be responsible for shipping costs
- For drop ship orders, a 25% restocking fee or more (depending on the condition of the product) per unused item applies on all bulk items, all cord, cable and hose protectors, whether heavy or light duty materials.
* Note: This guarantee excludes all cable protectors (HD-5, GP-5, GP-1, Bumble Bees, Yellows Jackets, Rubber Ducts, Wiremolds, Flexiducts, etc...and all of their respective accessories) that have been used and that are in non-resalable condition, because the manufacturer and distributors are unable to control and ensure proper use of the materials. Manufacturer and distributors expressly disclaim any and all warranties not set forth herein, including any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose and/or warranty of merchantability that might otherwise be applicable. In the event of a manufacturing defect, compensation will be strictly limited to refund of the purchase price or replacement. Buyer specifically acknowledges waiver of any claim against either manufacturer or distributor regarding consequential damages to person or property, damages for loss of use, lost time, lost wages, lost income, loss or profit, or other incidental or consequential damages. Manufacturer and/or distributor reserve the right to change specifications and prices without prior notice or subsequent obligation.
If your shipment contains a defective product or we sent you the wrong product:
- Return the defective item and we will replace it at no cost to you.
- Items must be in the original packaging, in as-new condition with the packaging slip, all warranty cards, and accessories (if applicable).
- Please allow approximately 5 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at the warehouse.
Custom Orders
Because they’re specifically tailored to your individual needs and are therefore not resellable, we’re unable to accept returns on custom-ordered items of any sort. The only circumstances under which we will allow the return of a custom order is if the item has a manufacturing defect.
Generators and Accessories are Non-Cancelable, Non-Returnable *
Exchanges:
Ordered the wrong size or color? If you request a replacement, we will ship it after we receive and process your returned product. If you need a replacement right away, we suggest you request a credit (rather than a replacement), when you obtain your RMA number. Then, place a new order. The new order will be shipped as soon as we have the product available and a credit will be applied approximately 7 days after we receive the product(s) you are returning in their original condition within 90 days. Damaged items will not be refunded if they are in non-resellable conditions. We recommend you insure your package.
Please Note:
- Due to the nature of the materials, all braided sleeving and wire loom products sold by the foot will not be refunded if they are cut into sections less than 20 feet in length. However, we will make an exception and provide a full refund in the event that we make an error. In addition, we will only exchange by-the-foot items that are a minimum of 20 feet long.
If you return a section measuring less than 20 feet, a 50% restocking fee will apply, unless you choose to request areplacement, in which case the restocking fee will be reduced to 25%. Returns on sections longer than 20 feet will be accepted.
- Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any package sent without a tracking number. This includes packages sent USPS to an international or overseas destination. To insure replacement in the event that a product does not reach its destination, you must use UPS.
- All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA)
