What's special about this overhead rack?
The ready-to-install 19" IDF Intermediate Distribution Rack that will rack mount hubs, routers and other equipment overhead to uni-strut beams in warehouses, retail stores, and any other large open area locations (thread rods not included), is EIA/TIA compliant, UL listed, and cUL listed. This rack ships complete with two 55 CFM exhaust fans with fan guards at the top to remove heated air and keep your equipment running cool, and a nine 15-amp power distribution unit. |
- Available in 12U (21") and 16U (28")
- 24" Deep and fits equipment with 21" useable space
- Welded 16-gauge steel sides, along with 18-gauge door and 11-gauge rails, allow for a sturdy weight capacity of 150 lbs
- Mounts overhead, directly onto uni-strut beams. Can also be suspended from trusses using 1/2" threaded rods (not included)
- Factory installed solid locking and latched front and rear doors and lift-off stop to prevent accidental removal of chains for a secure installation
- Safety lanyard included to ensure a safe installation
- Two 55 CFM exhaust fans
- Bottom of enclosure contains a removable aluminum 17-1/2" x 8" plate with multiple knockouts that can be machined in the field to accommodate UHF/VHF antennas, dome cameras and other equipment
- EIA/TIA Compliant 19" and UL Listed in the USA and Canada
- With the grounding/bonding stub in the top of the enclosure, proper grounding and bonding of your electrical equipment per NEBS and NEC standards is simplified
- Side knockouts for conduit pass-through to the internal standard 1900 electrical box, located at the top of the enclosure
- Includes a Middle Atlantic rack mount power distribution unit with nine 15-amp outlets (MA-PD-915R)
- 4 integral gland grommets are built into the enclosure top to protect cables and reduce dust inside the enclosure
- Black Textured power coat finish
