Lutron® Maestro® Dimmer with Occupancy Sensor delivers designer quality light controls, while saving up to 50% energy by automatically turning lights off when a room is left vacant!

  • Sensor utilizes state-of-the-art XCT™ motion detection technology, to ensure that lights remain on when the room is occupied, and are shut off when the room is completely vacant
  • 180° passive infrared sensor detects motion from heat within a 30’x30’ (900ft²) coverage area
  • Available in two energy saving styles:
    • Occupancy/Vacancy version can easily be programmed to provide either auto-on/auto-off or manual-on/auto-off sensory functions
    • Vacancy only version provides manual-on/auto-off sensory functions, while meeting California Title 24 Energy Efficiency Standard requirements
  • 1, 2, 5, 15 or 30 minute timeout options to accommodate the work or home environment
  • Full-range dimming possible from up to ten locations using only a single Maestro multi-location dimmer and 9 companion dimmers
  • Dimmer fades the lights up and down smoothly, to allow eyes to properly adjust to the changing light levels
  • Customizable shutoff time allows user to set a delayed fade, to ensure safe passage out of the room before it goes dark
  • Softly glowing LEDs show the preset light level when lights are turned off, and serves as a nightlight for easy location in a dark room/hallway
