We want the best for our customers, so CableOrganizer.com guarantees the lowest delivered* price on the products you purchase from us - up to 30 days after you place your order.

If you find a lower, publicly advertised price before you place your order, or within 30 days of purchasing from us, just provide us with the proof, and we'll either beat that price or refund you the difference!

*Delivered price is the total price you pay to purchase a product and have it shipped to you. When calculating whether we or a competitor have the better deal, we take into consideration both the product price and charges for identical shipping method. In some cases, if a competitor's shipping charges are substantially higher, we may still have the best overall deal for you, even without lowering the product's price.


The Rules
In order for us to match or beat competitors' offers, they need to meet a few criteria first. To help us deliver the savings to you as quickly and easily as possible, please keep the following points in mind when making your price match request:

  • We can only beat prices on identical merchandise (manufacturers' model and part number must be the same)
  • We can only beat prices on brand new, unused, unopened products
  • We can only beat prices that are current (competing offers that are valid on the date you purchase, or within 30 days after)
  • We can only beat prices on product that is current and available for immediate purchase (no discontinued SKUs, closeout items, or products that were used as demos or floor models)
  • We can only beat prices that appear in public advertising from authorized US retailers (newspaper circulars, official websites and catalogs) and are readily verifiable
  • We cannot beat competing prices that appear in auction advertisements or classified ads
  • We cannot beat prices that are listed only within a physical store location, as on price tags and in-store signage
  • We cannot beat verbal offers made by a competitor, whether they were presented to you in person or over the phone
  • We cannot combine price matching with any other offer or coupon on the website


Price Match Exclusions
There are only a couple of situations in which we can't lower prices to match those offered by another retailer:

  • GSA Part Numbers: We're happy to price match on GSA-scheduled part numbers, but as an official supplier, we're unable to offer you costs that are lower than our GSA prices, even if you've found that product for less somewhere else.   • Your Price vs. Our Price: We can't sell and ship you a product for less than we paid for it.


What do I have to do to have a price matched?
Depending on whether you'd like a price matched before or within 30 days after a purchase, the process is a little different. Here's what you'll need to do in each case:

  • Before a purchase: If you find a lower advertised price on a product that's identical to one you're looking at on our website, just click on the {“Guaranteed Low Prices?’} link, and fill out our price match form. When we get your request, we'll verify the competitor's lower price, and then send you an e-mail containing a link that will allow you to redeem our lowest price offer.

  • Within 30 days after a purchase: If you purchase an item from us and find out (within 30 days of your purchase date) that someone else is offering it for less, just call us toll-free at 866-222-0030 or send an e-mail to sales@cableorganizer.com. We'll verify the competitor's pricing, and refund you the difference.
