This wire loom installation tool works wonders for the price. I installed most of the loom that I use with one of these and it make it so much easier since I didn't have to open the loom and try to slide the cables in one by one. I installed the cables in less than half the time that it took me when I first installed the wire loom without the tool. This is just such a smart, time saving idea.

I used the mess loom to protect my sailboat mast from the cable harnesses, this tool made it easy to install without having to detach the cable harness in order to put shrink wrap wire cover on it. White looks sharp on the newly varnished spars. Could not have put the stuff on without the tool.

Maybe it's just me, but I had a difficult time using the tool. I wound up using my fingers. If there were instructions, maybe things would have went better. The concept of the tool is great though.
