INSTALLATION
LectraLock installs with a single screw, which is included. It doesn't get any easier than that! The child-resistant latch design requires adult knowledge and strength to release the protective cover. After you have familiarized yourself with the mechanism, you'll have no difficulty putting the cover on or taking it off instantly.
To Operate
1. Grasp clear cover by sidewalls
2. Squeeze side marked "Press"
3. Latching tab releases and the cover swings open.
The clear cover can be rotated to allow cords to exit from either side. Both cord exit holes are rounded smooth to prevent cord chafing. Tugging on the cords cannot pull out covered plugs. UL Listed. Important: Every effort has been made to make this device as tamper-resistant as possible. However, it is not intended to replace adult supervision. Please install unit using screw provided. If unit is to be mounted horizontally, cord exit holes must face up. This will prevent children from applying body weight to the latching tab.
