Great tags that are visible, easy to install and made of heavy-duty materials that don't crack or fade. I used the cable identifier tags on my home theater system and computer system. It's nice not to have to remember what cable goes where. Thanks for coming out with this product!

Pretty nice product. However, unless you wrap them around a wide enough cable (or at the terminator) they may slacken and slip down the cable, becoming a nuisance to find. If you write your own label names (instead of the preprinted ones) then be careful which pen you use. Some pens are indelible, some can be removed with alcohol (if you intend to repurpose a Kabelflag). Some inks are absorbed poorly and their lines become wide and illegible. Some dry erase markers are permanent and clearly legible. Sharpies won't fully be removed with alcohol. Bic ball-points are perfectly clear and quite permanent. The Pilot Razor pen (a felt-tip type) widens a bit but are still pretty clear, and can be removed quite well with alcohol. Pilot Precise V5 is clear and comes off well with alcohol. Same goes for Uniball pens. (These are "gel-writer" type pens.) Staedler Liquid Point pens are horribly illegible (just a big black blob), but come off completely with alcohol.

I like to label the flags myself, as opposed to buying a predetermined set, most of which I'll never need. There's no waste with these, and they're easy to use.

We use the Kableflags to label the network cables that are not in the original packaging so that we can always find the length we need without using a cable tester to determine the length.

Comments about Kableflag Cable Identification Tags - Blank:
All you have to do is write on the white flag and loop it on any cable. No messing with printing out labels and not sticking after awhile. I now know where every cable is supposed to go in my theater components without having to look at manual diagrams. Changing equipment is as easy as looking at the tags that tell me where the cable came from and I can just put it in the new equipment.

Comments about Kableflag Cable Identification Tags - Blank:
Tired of the tangled mess of my computer devices, I went to my local Staples to find a system to label my cables. They had no idea of what I wanted & suggested using white sticky labels. I told them that labels dry out and fall off.
A google search brought me to your site.
Thanks for the solution!

You would think that you could find electrical cord identification tags everywhere. We just moved and had a large box of power cords and adaptors that we had collected over the years some of which we no longer even had the paired device. The box is now sorted, identified and organized. We will never have to search for the right cord again.
