Insultherm™ Head Wrap and Header Wrap SI is an extremely temperature-resistant braided wrap used in automotive and high performance headers and exhausts. Designed to allow just enough heat to escape when properly installed, this helps to improve automotive performance and staying power under normal to extreme conditions.

  • Header Wrap Insultherm™ (HF) is manufactured from texturized fiberglass yarns, and protects up to 1,000° F
  • Header Wrap SI Insultherm™ (HS) is manufactured from texturized amorphous silica filament yarns, and protects up to 2,000° F
  • Reduces under-hood temperatures by up to 70% and creates better exhaust flow
  • Flexible material conforms easily to the shape of one or more pipes to reduce waste and provide maximum efficiency
