The economy line of Chainflex® Data Cables from IGUS®, provide professional installers and industrial machine operators with an affordable means to wire or repair automated components. More

Designed to be highly flexible while remaining rugged enough to withstand grueling industrial environments, making these data cables are an ideal wiring solution for CNC, robotic, milling, or other automated machinery requiring data connections.

  • Inner core consists of 1 to 14 twisted pairs of finely stranded bare copper conductor for creating a stable connection between the controlling mechanism and the machinery
  • Conductors are individually insulated with a color-coded, mechanically tough PVC jacket
  • Overall shield is made from highly flexible braided copper strands that protect the conductors from electromagnetic interference, and acts as 2nd level of defense in case the outer jacket is breached or worn thin
  • Oil-resistant outer jacket is a PVC based, low-adhesion blend that has been adapted to meet the requirements of cable/hose carrier systems
  • FT1 flame-retardant rated
  • Oil-resistant in accordance with VDE
  • UL/CSA voltage rating 300V
