Heat shrink tubing is used for many different applications, from color coding your cabling to insulating potentially dangerous splices. This economical solution will shrink down to 1/2 of its size to secure cable bundles and lock out dust, debris, and moisture.

  • Minimum shrinking temperature is 194° F (90° C), so a heat gun must be used to install the heat shrink tubing
  • UL Listed E180908 at 600V for protection against sudden power surges
  • Diameters from 3/64” – 4” for any size application
  • RoHS compliant and halogen-free
  • Specifications allow for material to be used in any enclosed area where a flame-retardant, halogen-free environment is required, such as:
    • Metro
    • Skyscraper
    • Mass transit vehicles
    • Ships

    I am a audio tech and have used all kinds of shrink from cheap to expensive. These rolls have the cheaper costs but very good quality. I love the fact that you can order a good selection of sizes, colors and uncut long lengths. One thing you need to remember with all long rolls is since it is rolled on flat it makes it tougher to get it on things close to it's size. Cannot go wrong!

      I use this shrink tubing in my business for both color coordination and to keep things electrically insulated. I use the wide variety of colors that are available so that my customers can match up a particular part to a particular location on devices that I produce. It is a low cost, durable and professional looking solution to a problem. I appreciate CableOrganizer.com's variety of products - but their shrink tubing is the bomb!
