Greenlee has introduced a new Ultra Tugger® 5 cable puller package that is designed to complete pulls 50 percent faster. The 6505 features a pulling capacity of 5,000 pounds and is interchangeable to meet the needs of contractors in commercial, industrial and utility applications. This machine has enough power to pull most 500 kcmil (MCM) jobs 500 feet or less and has a pull speed range of 9-14 fpm this new puller will complete most 500 foot pulls in one hour or less. The 6505 deluxe package includes standard force gauge, wheeled carriage, 3 ft. (.9 m) boom, elbow unit and floor mount, 4 ft. (1.2 m) boom, boom mount and nose unit, 2-1/2", 3" and 4" slip-in couplings, 2-1/2", 3" and 4" screw-on couplings. The boom uses 3 inch ridge steel conduit for easy length adjustment to pull 10' to 20' of cable out of the box fast and easy. The wheeled carriage provides for fast setup with no anchors or chains to set up.
