If this is your first time shopping with us and you’re wondering what’s involved in having your purchase sent across the border, we’re ready with all the information you need.

Your order can be shipped via UPS or the United States Postal Service. UPS charges a small customs brokerage fee, which is calculated according to the amount of your purchase, and you can view these fees (in Canadian Funds) in our Rate Guide for Customs Clearance into Canada. Although with UPS you are paying the additional duty fee, you have the benefit of your order being insured and trackable while it is en route to its final destination. On the other hand, the United States Postal Service generally does not charge tax or importation fees, but you will not be able to track your order while its on its way from our place to yours.
