In certain applications, proper heat protection can mean the difference between a successful mission and a tragedy. FireFlex Heat Resistant Sleeving provides unmatched protection for cable bundles and hoses in high heat areas. This sleeving is indispensible for fuel lines and hoses carrying other combustible fluids, and can be used in almost every aviation engine to protect components in case of fire. |
- Two types available for varying applications:
- Aerospace Grade: Densely braided silicone jacket fights burn-through in the most abusive applications
- Industrial Grade: Knit silicone jacket provides great protection in most commercial applications
- Cits easily with a pair of scissors for economical preparation
- Withstands a molten splash up to 2200°F (1204°C), ensuring protection will not be compromised by these rare occurrences
- Non-conductive, non-combustible, melt-proof material prevents additional damage in case of fire or electrical overload
- Halogen-free and RoHS Compliant for minimal release of toxic chemicals
