Economy Series® Backboards provide a bulk packaged, extremely affordable mounting system for installers and contractors who don’t have the time and manpower to worry about cutting and painting plywood boards. These prefabricated, economical plywood backboards are cut to industry standard sizes, primed, and coated in flame retardant latex. The prefinishing allows for fast installation, and provides a reliable mounting area for 110 blocks, patch panels, racks, and other telecom/datacom products in an up to code environment. |
- Prefabricated in the most common industry standard sizes, and then prepackaged in either 2 or 4 board packs to provide the most time and cost effective mounting solution for telecom/datacom professionals
- Available in three colors (White, Gray, Black) that complement the preexisting environment or provide a color code system for larger installations
- 100% acrylic latex primer/sealer applied to the front and the sides of the plywood substrate to allow touch-up paint to adhere properly, while preventing minor flaws and imperfections, and keeping the wood grain invisible
- Fed Spec TP-29-J flame spread treated latex paint is applied to all sides, providing a comprehensive level of protection vs. cost
- Flame retardant treatment is tested by U.S. Testing Co., Inc. Lab 106 to meet ASTM-E84 Class “B” flame retardance standards
- Economy Series backboards are not provided with factory certification label
- Touch-up paint and mounting fasteners are available separately
- Made in the USA
