Vey Clean appearance and easy to install. Works well with the exception that the recessed receptacle should be deeper. I used a very slim TV mount and when the power cord is plugged in it prevents the TV from lying flat to the wall. There isn't enough room to use a right angle plug so I'm cutting off the original and modifying a straight plug to fit.

I heard about this at the TiVo Community Forums and used it behind my wall mounted flat screen TV. It worked like a champ getting the job done and now the wires don't show and I didn't need to do any drywall repairs. I had one glitch, the chosen wall was reinforced with thick plywood and the ears of these old work boxes did not quite reach without unscrewing them to the point where they nearly fell off the screws, but I was careful and made them work. If the screws had been 1/4" longer, it would have been an easier install for me. Often times walls designed to support flat screens are reinforced like this so I think the kits should provide longer screws just to make sure they fit well.
