What's special about this seismic rack from BUD Industries?
Bud seismic rack cabinets offer the maximum level of seismic protection for equipment to be operated under conditions of shock and vibration. These seismic cabinets are Telcordia (formerly Bellcore) #63-GR-CORE zone 4 rated, representing the most demanding requirements. Seismic cabinets should be anchored to the floor with a suitable seismic anchor kit (see Optional Accessories). The rated weight carrying capacity is 1,200 lbs. based on a uniformly distributed load. If your cabinet will be used in a shock or mobile environment (i.e. aboard trucks or ships), testing under the actual or simulated load conditions may be necessary. |

- Frame assembly components (top, bottom & rail supports) made of 14 -gauge steel
- Corner rails, support channels, and panel mounting rails made of 12-gauge steel

- Four 4” diameter cable access holes at the top and one 9.5” square cable access hole at the bottom
