RG6 is CATV distribution coax, used to route cable television signals to and within homes, and RG6 types cables have become the standard for CATV cable television and other RF applications like antennas and satellite installations. RG6-type cables have lower attenuation characteristics than RG59 cable and therefore are suitable for transmission applications of about 1,000 to 1,500 feet. We offer multiple specification options to meet your requirements. |

Comments about RG6/U Quad Shield 500Ft:
Before installing a roof antenna for broadcast HDTV signals, I researched coaxial cable and decided to buy the best, RG6 quad shield. All I could find locally ([@], [@]) was copper-coated steel core cable, however, so I went online to find solid copper cable. The best price I found was here at CableOrganizer.com, so I ordered it. The cable was shipped and arrived promptly, double-boxed so in good condition. It pulls smoothly from the box. After a bit of practice I learned how to install the end connectors, and my TV's in two locations now get very strong signals (previous attempts to use an indoor antenna had not been satisfactory). A pro would probably say that I didn't really need quad shield, solid copper cable, but I didn't want to skimp, and I'm very happy with the results. I might have preferred to buy 250 feet, but 500 was the smallest length available. The cable does have markings showing exactly how many feet are left, however, so I may try to sell the remaining 384 feet on Craigslist.

Comments about RG6/U Quad Shield 500Ft:
Used for a structured cabling install in home. Cable pulls smooth from the box and has installed easily through ENT and walls. Flexibility is good for the type of cable. Mates well with the Greenlee quad-shield F-connectors. Length markings on the jacket are good for multiple runs.
