The Cableyoyo™ is the perfect cord reel for your small computer and electronics cords. Cableyoyo™ is designed for use with low voltage cords such as cell phone chargers, USB cords, and other digital accessories. The cord is manually wound around the Cableyoyo™ for easy, effective, and convenient cord management. |
- Cord Capacity: 6-8 ft. (1,8 - 2,4 m) length of 3.5 mm wide cord. Wider cords will have a shorter length capacity.
- Cord Type: Cableyoyo™ is designed to hold data and low voltage cables up to 5mm diameter. Not suitable for 120 volt AC electrical cords.
- Dimensions: 3.15 in. (80 mm) square, 0.35 in. (9 mm) thick
- Adhesive included.

It is easy to coil and organize your cord with the Cableyoyo™ by turning the cord around the center. Just coil the cord until the desired length is achieved, then set the internal clasp to fix the position. The Cableyoyo™ does not automatically wind or retract the cords.
The Cableyoyo™ is supplied with an adhesive attachment that adheres and mounts to almost any smooth and convenient surface. After the Cableyoyo™ is fastened to the adhesive attachment, it can be released by a simple push at the center. The Cableyoyo™ can be stacked several high, or lined up to perfectly organize all of your cords, (cords are not included).

HOW IT WORKS:
COILING:
Set the cord across the front of the Cableyoyo and begin coiling by turning the cord around the center. Coil until the desired length is achieved, then use internal clasp to fix position.
MOUNTING:
Use adhesive spindle to stick Cableyoyo to any nearby surface – behind your computer, on the wall, or under your table. Fasten Cableyoyo to the adhesive spindle. Push at center to remove Cableyoyo from the spindle. Cableyoyos maybe stacked several high or lined up to create a neat pack of cords.

This is a very attractive cable spool, and it's nice and flat, so it stays out of the way, which makes it great for home use--you can stick a white one on a white wall and it is very unobtrusive. I've also used a few to stick up on the inside of my desk's privacy screen to get cables off the floor. The only problem I have with it is that the glue on at least one cable yo-yo keeps unsticking itself from the wall, which is not good! And note--it is designed for only thin cords and cables, and won't accomodate larger cords.

This low-profile cable manager is a stylish solution for extra long cords. This is one of my favorite wire wrapping products because a gentle tug easily unwinds any desired length of cord. Most of my computer USB cords are wrapped inside the Cable YoYo and stuck to the side of my computer tower. I simply pull on the USB cable and the YoYo spins as the cord comes out of the YoYo cable housing.
My complaint is that the selection of colors is very limited. More choices would make this item more fun to use.

This is essentially something to wrap your small cord around in a pretty package. Seeing as how presentation is everything now-a-days, this does a good job. It comes in practical colors and is easy to use. Probably designed with the I Pod in mind.
