Cable trays are required to be grounded and bonded by NEC Article 250 for power, and data communication applications. A UL listed split bolt can be used as a bonding jumper to connect to each M.E.2 cable tray section when code requires it. If splice washer kits or connection loops are used to connect tray sections electrical ground path connectivity will be provided. |
Installation:
Tray sections can be cut to size with the use of an off-set blade bolt cutting tool. By cutting and removing wires, horizontal bends can be easily created. Elevation changes can be fabricated on site by cutting away all side wires from a grid and bending the tray as needed.

Comments about ME2 L Junction 6"w x 2" Depth:
Its hard to believe nobody else thought of factory built turns for basket tray. No jagged metal edges. No bad cuts and wasted tray. No corrosion. Plus the install is much faster and easier with the factory parts. A winner.
